Characterization Review and Character Motives

Agenda:

  • Warm-up: Identify the motives for five characters from Act I.  Why did they name witches or avoid naming witches?
  • Discussion of Act 1 (any missed questions) and the upcoming week
  • Characterization Notes (the basics)
  • Practice identifying direct v. indirect characterization

Homework:



  • If you haven't completed Act 1 questions, get them in as soon as possible.
  • Act II questions will be due before break.
